Great Experience in Brisbane
I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary Wi-Fi and the outdoor pool, which added a nice touch to my relaxing evenings. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the vibrant portside area, and the colorful shipping containers at Eat Street made it a lovely dining experience. The friendly management was also an added bonus, making my visit even more enjoyable.
Limited parking availability.

Comfortable ambiance in a central setting. Also, easy to get to Portside Wharf. The rooms with lovely extras like chocolate, adults happy and a very COMFORTABLE bed, professional staff with the service and friendliness of the staff especially. Delicious and great breakfast at pizza at fish street, reasonably priced.

The room definitely needs better cleanliness. Stained towels are not acceptable!!! Outdated bathroom fixtures have to be replaced to avoid that worn-out look. A thorough update would elevate the overall experience!!!

Sheets were clean. Bed comfortable.
Not good value . Carpet not clean. Room hot on arrival and air-conditioning took 3 hours to cool the room.

What an absoluteley disappointing experience! The bathroom floor was dangerously pooling with water, not to mention the reception was closed when I arrived. I was really hoping for a complimentary upgrade, but guess that's too much to ask! I just couldn't bring myself to give a good review after that.

Very neat and tidy, and convenient to everything we needed.
Bathroom - had to step up on step into shower over bath - thought very dangerous in today's terms.

Exceptionally comfortable and incredibly beautiful hotel with very welcoming staff with the service and friendliness of the staff especially. Very central location was a plus. Easily reached Betong, located a 10-15 minute walk from the venue, had lunch/dinner there.

The Kingsford Smith Motel was a good surprise! The warm welcome from Rose and her husband. The room was newly renovated-clean, comfortable, and very modern, with double-glazed windows that blocked all the road noise from Kingsford Smith Drive. I appreciated the complimentary chocolates and water! The shuttle service was easy, dropping me right at the airport without a hitch.

The location was handy to Holt Street where we were to catch a launch to Tangalooma. The motel was quiet as advertised. Brekky was good and lady in office was pleasant and helpful. Parking was also handy.
